Mien Tay Construction University (MTU) welcomed and worked with the Delegation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) - Japan

Within the framework of an official visit to the Ministry of Construction – Vietnam, the Delegation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) - Japan led by Mr. Hidejiro Suzuki, Chief of the Ministry Office and other representatives of 11 professional associations in the construction field of Japan visited and had an official meeting with leaders of the Mien Tay Construction University (MTU) on June 28th. 



In the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Van Xuan showed his warmly welcome to MLIT delegation for paying a visit and setting up the cooperation relationship with MTU. Both parties agreed to set up and implement the training programs in construction according to Japanese standards. Dr. Nguyen Van Xuan also emphasized the long-standing and close relationship between MLIT Japan and Ministry of Construction - Vietnam.

On behalf of MLIT delegation, Mr. Hidejiro Suzuki briefly presented contents of the visit, expressed expectations that there would be collaboration programs from two countries as well as between two ministries, particularly between MLIT and MTU.  


  

  


At the meeting, the representatives of 11 professional associations of Japan exchanged and discussed on the similarities as well as the differences between the training program in construction of MTU and Japan. Both parties agreed on the roadmap for implementing training programs and recruitment of construction industry according to Japanese standards 

According to Mr. Hidejiro Suzuki, MLIT has promised to support technology, equipments, experts... to promote the construction training program according to Japanese standards at MTU. In the coming period, MLIT would send experts to MTU to discuss more about the program.
